OMEGA ANNOUNCES NEW SKYFALL 007 SEAMASTER

Daniel Craig has once again assumed the role of the world’s favourite secret agent. And once again, James Bond is wearing an OMEGA Seamaster.
To celebrate its seventh performance in a supporting role in a Bond film, OMEGA created the Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M SKYFALL Limited Edition watch.

Like every Planet Ocean, the new watch is ready for underwater adventure. Equipped with a unidirectional rotating diving bezel and a helium escape valve, it is water resistant 600 metres / 2000 feet / 60 bar.

The watch has a 42 mm brushed and polished stainless steel case and a matching patented screw-and-pin bracelet whose divers’ clasp is engraved with “007”. The rotating diving bezel is distinguished by its matt black ceramic ring with a chromium nitride diving scale.

The Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M SKYFALL Limited Edition is powered by OMEGA's exclusive new Co-Axial calibre 8507. SKYFALL 007 is on its rotor in black-varnished engraving. The movement is visible through sapphire crystal in the brushed screw-in caseback.
The matt structured black dial recalls the grill of an iconic English sports car. Its applied indexes are coated with white Super-LumiNova emitting a blue light as are the polished, facetted rhodium-plated hands. The exception is the minute hand which, along with the dot on the diving bezel, emits a green light. This feature makes it easy for divers to keep track of their time at a glance. The 007 logo at the 7 o’clock position makes a bold statement about the watch’s lineage. At 3 o’clock, there is a date window.

skyfall stunning opening credit sequence

Beginning with the stunning opening credit sequence (designed by Daniel Kleinman).

MI6 can confirm that Daniel Kleinman will once again direct the title sequence to the latest James Bond film, "Skyfall".

He first worked on the 007 series when Pierce Brosnan was making his debut in "GoldenEye" with a stunning sequence that highlighted the fall of the Iron Curtain with hammer and sickle iconography. Kleinman created the title sequences for all of Brosnan's outings, using digital technology and increasingly complex effects.
When the franchise rebooted in 2006 with Daniel Craig's "Casino Royale", the traditional silhouetted girls were gone, but instead fans were treated to a unique rotoscoped animation.
Director Marc Forster brought his preferred titles company MK12 in to create the "Quantum of Solace" credits, so "Skyfall" will be Kleinman's sixth Bond film after a break of six years.
Working under his company Rattling Stick, Kleinman is joined by his regular production designer John Ebden for the "Skyfall" sequence.

As MI6 reported last month, shooting for the sequence was already underway at Pinewood Studios. British model Charlotte Edwards tweeted that her friend and fellow model Natasha was filming material for "Skyfall".

Bérénice Lim Marlohe as Sévérine in James Bond's Skyfall

French-Chinese-Cambodian actress Bérénice Lim Marlohe play Bond girl Sévérine in the latest James Bond installment, Skyfall. For her English film debut, the 33-year-old bombshell based her character off the mythological Chimera, both seductive and vulnerable. Her character works for villain Raoul Silva, played by Oscar-winner Javier Bardem. As with all previous female enemies, she succumbs to Bond’s ways. The most talked about scene for the actress is the shower scene with none other than 007 James Bond, played by Daniel Craig.

JAMES BOND 007 FRAGRANCE

The James Bond 007 Fragrance, designed by Eon Productions in association with Procter & Gamble, features notes of apple, cardamom, sandalwood, vetiver, lavender, moss and coumarin that will give you a retro feel.
Bill Brace, vice president of fashion brands for P&G Prestige said: “The aromatic feugere fragrance family came to prominence in the 1960s – it was unmistakably masculine – mossy and ferny. But that was a while ago, so we wanted to move it on and give it a much more modern and sophisticated shell, which is why there’s fresh apple, cardamom, sandalwood and vetiver.”

The 007 logo is embossed on the front of the bottle of the fragrance. The 'diamond shaped' pattern on the bottle and packaging looks similar to the pattern of the ST Dupont Diamond Head cufflinks worn by Bond in Casino Royale andQuantum of Solace.
The 50 year golden anniversary of James Bond films is marked with the introduction of a limited edition deluxe golden bottle of 75ml.
Launched to mark the 50th anniversary of 007, the official James Bond fragrance for men has already been described by GQ magazine as, "The most dangerously sophisticated fragrance in the world".

Daniel craig was moved to tears first time he heard Adele's "Skyfall"

Even James Bond isn't immune to the soul stirring effects of Adele's voice.
Daniel Craig told Yahoo Movies he was moved to tears first time he heard Adele's "Skyfall," a song he felt "perfectly" matched the feel of the movie.
"I cried," said Craig. "From the opening bars I knew immediately, then the voice kicked in and it was exactly what I'd wanted front the beginning."
"It just got better and better because it fitted the movie. In fact the more of the movie we made, the more it fitted it."
The Bond actor isn't alone in his sentiments, though, with "Skyfall" shooting to No. 1 on the iTunes charts just ten hours after its release.
"Skyfall" was recorded at London's Abbey Road Studios and features a 77-piece orchestra.
Adele was intially concerned about writing the song for the film.
"I was a little hesitant at first to be involved with the theme song for 'Skyfall,'" Adele said. "There's a lot of instant spotlight and pressure when it comes to a Bond song."
Mendes encouraged Adele to write "a personal song," a few words of support that ultimately led to one of the most lauded Bond theme songs in years. Even artists like Jedward and Willow Smith have put their own spin on the song, recording well-received covers of the tune.
